Machinery and Accesories Exporters Union visits Samoter Construction Machines Fair

Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanı Sayın Nihat ERGÜN ile beraber Makine İhracatçıları Birliği Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Adnan DALGAKIRAN, Başkan Yardımcısı Serol ACARKAN ve Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Ali EREN 2-6 Mart 2011 tarihleri arasında Verona/İtalya’da düzenlenen SAMOTER İş Makineleri Fuarının açılış törenine katıldı.

Makine İhracatçıları Birliği Yönetim Kurulu Başkan ve Üyeleri açılış töreninin ardından Bakan ERGÜN ile beraber SAMOTER Fuarında yer alan Türk firmalarını ziyaret ettiler ve İtalya Ulaştırma Bakanı Altero MATTEOLI ile biraraya gelinen toplantıya katıldılar.

Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanı Nihat ERGÜN, Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Adnan DALGAKIRAN ve İMDER Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Cüneyt DİVRİŞ’in katılımıyla daha sonra “'Türkiye: Avrupa'nın Parlayan Yıldızı” konulu konferans düzenlendi.


Industry and Trade Minister Nihat ERGÜN and his accompaniment including Adnan DALGAKIRAN, the President of the Executive Board of the Machinery and Accesories Exporter Union, Deputy President Serol ACARKAN and Executive Board member Ali EREN participated in the opening ceremony of SAMOTER Construction Machines Fair held in Verona, Italy, between March 2 – 6, 2011.

Following the opening ceremony, the President and members of the Union of Machinery Exporters visited the Turkish companies participating in SAMOTER Fair together with Minister Ergün and attended a meeting where they met Italian Transport Minister Altero MATTEOLI.

Later, a conference titled, “Turkey: Europe’s Shining Star”, was held with participation of Industry and Trade Minister Nihat ERGÜN, President of the Executive Board Adnan DALGAKIRAN and IMDER President of the Executive Board Cüneyt DİVRİŞ.

In the conference, Minister Nihat ERGÜN stated that Turkey was the most appropriate destination for investment and invited the Italian businessmen to carry out joint business with the companies in Turkey.

Adnan DALGAKIRAN, President of the Executive Board, told the conference that Turkey presently had the 6th biggest economy among the European countries, that as the Turkish machinery sector, they aimed at reaching the level of the developed countries and that they were exerting efforts to that end. In addition, Dalgakıran also drew attention to the fact that the trade volume between Turkey and Italy increased in the machinery sector.
